At the moment of acceptance aimed at completing the booking procedure for the chosen service, the guest accepts the general and tariff conditions, relating to the cancellation terms of the reservation as provided for by the chosen tariff and the payment of the reservation within the aforementioned cancellation terms. The guest accepts the conditions set out in the house rules described in the rental contract, as well as accepts the possible termination of the rental contract in the event of a change in the number of guests expected in the reservation, if not reported and approved before the arrival date

The personal data requested as part of this booking, failure to provide it will make it impossible to continue with the booking itself, will be processed mainly using IT and telematic methods for the sole purpose of carrying out the stay.
